Black Friday mess

I placed an online order for a Dell laptop with Dionwired on Friday 24th (Black Friday) . As I couldn't log into my account, I checked out as a guest. I paid by credit card and the money went off my account (currently showing as 'pending'). It never took me back to the page where I receive my order number, nor did I receive an order number from them. I phoned their online order line and eventually got through to them. I explained my predicament to the lady and she recommended me to place another EFT order, so in case the transaction gets reversed, I still have the EFT order to make payment - I will have two days to do that. It is now two days later and my money hasn't been reversed, nor has the order been allocated. I phoned the online order number again and after numerous tries, got through to them. The lady said that I need to reverse the transaction at my bank - I phoned my bank and I need to put in a whole dispute - with proof - which I don't have! There is R7,377.00 of mine 'floating' in the air and I don't have access to it. I have tried another 10 times to get hold of their online number, but my calls just gets dropped after holding on for at least 3min every time. I also have tried phoning their customer care number, but no success. Calls get dropped after I get a message that the line is currently busy.

If DionWired can't handle the pressure, they should not take part in Black Friday at all.
