Black Friday Breach of Contract Washing Machine

Washing Machine ordered not delivered in full only one of two parts delivered. They give the run around no feedback. They did not honour their black friday special. kept requesting pictures of what i bought. sent them proof even from LG website and a print out of their website. They have now strangely removed the item on their website. numerous attempts to solve amicably fell on deaf ears. I thought they are reputable company but no Dionwired this is not on.
