Big deal/small problem.

Bought 49 inch Tv two months ago, from day on the remote would not sinc, i live 50 km from the store so i guess i would pop in with the remote next time i travel the route, not justified to drive 100 km for a remote. Used an old borrowed remote on the newly purchased samsung Tv which works fine without the ability to scroll the mouse pointer on the tv but i dont care, i wouldn't even use this function. Pop into the store with the new remote, i ask for a replacement, sales person test remote and it works fine on one of the demo units on the floor. He also mentions it could possible work with a another remote as they have had the issue before. Ok great, replacement? Nothing in stock??? Hard to believe with so many TV's standing around. Referred to Sales manager, take 30 mins to give me the same answer, i even beg them for a old remote, one of the many old ones lying around on the floor, i dont care just want to be able to find \Source"on TV. No they can't do it.. no no..you have to go back 100 km bring back the 49 inch tv and they will have it fixe or buy new remote. I got to deal with robots in the store"
