Good day

I bought the Xbox one birthday deal on Saturday the 7the of July 2018 at Dion wired at Somerset West Mall.

After waiting 30 min I was informed that the deal as advertised was not available. (Xbox One (1tb), 2 controllers, 3 months gold membership and 2 games)

The only deal available was a Xbox One (1tb), 2 controllers, 3 games for the same price.

After I agreed to take the the above deal I was informed that they do not have any controllers in stock and that they will have to order me one.

On the 12 of July 2018 I phoned to in ask if the controller was there and they said that it will be delivered on that same day and that it will be available tomorrow the 13th of July.

On Monday the 16th of July 2018 I drove to Dion wired to collect the extra controller, I was again informed that no controllers were available but just behind me in the shop, against the wall was almost 50 Xbox One controllers. I asked why I can’t just take one of them and they said it is not part of the deal. (Don’t understand what the difference is, it is exactly the same product)

I was informed that it will be there on Wednesday the 18th July 2018 and that they will call me as soon as it is there. (I am still waiting on the call back)

This Saterday will be two weeks and I have not heard anything back from Dion Wired.

Please can I get feedback as to when I will receive the extra Controller. (I can’t believe it takes two weeks)
