Bad service - no response to messages
Really bad service from Dion Wired Cavendish! I've been calling and leaving messages for two weeks, to follow up on my phone repair. No one ever knows what is going on and no one ever responds to messages.
The last time my phone went in to them for repairs it took 4 months of calling and emailing to get it resolved.
Definitely won't buy anything from them again!
