bad service and communication from Dion Wired Mall of the South

My husband and I went to Dion Wired at Mall of the South and ordered 2 Samsung Batteries for our cell phones, its been 2 months now, and we are still waiting for the batteries. When we phoned we were told that the gentleman has been transferred to another branch that help us, even tough we wrote our request in their book, no one followed up with us. then we went in to see them we were met by the branch manager that assured us the new lady will take care of us asap. 3 weeks past and I got a call to say it would be there in a fort night. well another 2 weeks past now, and still no batteries. I am not impressed by the service from this branch recommend people don't support them, as they are useless with bad communication s****s.:-(
