Bad Products and service

<p>kindly advise as to whom to speak to or being refered to regarding a brand new item Playstasion 3. The one we bought was not working properly we wanted to cancel and could'nt they said we will have to send it back for repairs, i mean a brand new item that was never used, had to be repaired! We waited 2 months for the "other" unit, we received it back today and the box was ripped, damaged and in a terrible condition , the remotes had scratches on and it looked like this unit was as a display, we received a second hand unit with the previous box! How awesome! We want a full refund as we had never used the first one and now today the second one is not in a nearby new condition</p>
