Bad management skills @ Dion Wired

i went to Dion Wired and the washing machine I wanted they didn't have stock of so the sales person went to the manager &asked if he could sell me the last 1 on the floor, there was a lot of scratches on it so I expected a reasonable discount &the manager said all he could do is 100r of the item,the sales agent also said that the item is discontinued so I spoke to the Manager and he said no all he can do is 100r and even if it sits on the floor for 6months its fine, he was also quite rude to the sales agent while I was there, I wanted a lot of items so he told the manager what I wanted to purchase &the manager tells him all the items the customer wants is on promotion and he should know better than to even ask him, he refused to go any lower on the washing machine. I purchased a 48inch curved tv, a microwave and dstv. They also charged me 800r for the dstv when I didn't need installation so I had to go back yesterday 07/07, the same manager came to me to ask if everything was ok and I said no its not, the dstv was going for 399r at game and I told him because they had it for 499r, they told me they cant give me for 399r I should go buy it at game.
