Bad customer service from Dionwired

I tried purchasing an item from Dionwired's online store. After adding item to cart and wanting to checkout, the site would not let me sign in, despite going as far as resetting my password. After contacting customer service via the Chat application, i spoke to Nonku who took a while to assist me. After following her advice, i got an error message followed by the item is no longer available for purchase after i had it in my cart for almost 20min. When contact Nonku again about the issue, she basically just ignored me and left the chat after about 10min with no feedback. It's sad how such a big brand treats their customers with no accountability.
