BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 25 November 2017 I bought a Samsung phone that had a 250MB free of data for 12 months at Deon Wired Canal Walk. On the day of purchase they were out of stock on the sim card & the sales person told me they will contact me when the sim cards were available. The following week I didn't receive any call until I contacted them on Wednesday & still no simcard. And I was promised to be called again but no luck. Friday on the same week I went to the store spoke to Manager Sholot & he told that there simcards were still unavailable. The 2nd week of December I received the Simcard & Mark at the cellphone department Rica the simcard. I went to Eastern Cape & realized that the Simcard was never rica-ed & I struggled to rica the sim as the vodacom people there said I must go rica the sim where I bought it. Whole December I didn't have the simcard.

16 January 2018 I went to the store to advise them that the Simcard us not working due to it not being rica-ed. The manager on duty told me that Mark is off & I must come tomorrow as he is the only person who can assist me in the whole store. Likely Manager Sholot was available who then suggested that they contact Mark via telephone. With some salesman we went to Vodacom & in the we were told that the simcard was NEVER RICA-ed.

First time buying at Deon Wired & I was buying cash & this is the BAD CUSTOMER service I experienced. How can a big store have 1 person who rica simcards & in mt case my phone never got rica-ed
