Bad customer service

<p>I have requested that Dion Wired closes my account on a few occasions, telephonically & via email. </p> <p>I have followed the procedures to close my account online and i have sent them all the documents that they needed. </p> <p>I have payed my closing balance and no matter how many emails i send, they just get ignored. </p> <p>This has been going on for a very long time. </p> <p>I have also tried to message them on facebook for help, but that has been ignored as well. </p> <p>nobody will call & nobody responds to my messages. </p> <p>Very disappointing service </p>
