Bad after sales Service

Worst service ever! I stood around for 30min because the lady responsible for dealing with faulty devices is to busy with other things. Poor sales lady had to run around asking what the process was for getting Apple AirPods repaired. Just come back to same repairs lady and the response ‘you need to book it in’. She couldn’t even tell me how long it would to make to resolve! A piece of ******* paper was give to me to capture my personal details!! I will not buy a thing from Dion again! After sales service is shocking!!!
