Backup Service Suck
Got a Samsung Tab A with S pen from Dion Wired on a contract in Jun 2017. After using it for about 4 months wanted to insert a SIM card into the tab. The tablet did not want to read the SIM card ( vodacom). So I took my cell C SIM and put it in and it was working. So I took it to Vodacom since it was a Vodacom contract to see what is wrong. They replaced it with a couple of new Sims which did not work. Taking a SIM from one of the employees it worked. They send me to Samsung where the same thing happened.
So after all they send me to Dion Wired and they booked it in for repairs. They came back to me and said that the SIM card reader is damaged and it will cost about R400 to repair. So my question was how do you damaged a SIM card reader if the SIM card can only go in one way? And how can you tell me I broke the card reader and it was not broken or damaged from the beginning. Nobody could answer me.
Also now I have to pay R400 to get this fixed while it is still under guarantee???????? I need this to work with as I'm a sales rep and is on the road all the time!!!!! No one wants to take responsibility for this as this was a problem from the beginning. Dion Wired will never see me again and Samsung I question your integrity and BUSINESS conduct!!!
