AWFUL SERVICE
<p>Laptop charger stopped working within a week of purchase. The Pavillion store manager wanted me to contact their supplier to arrange for assessment and repair! They were actually giving me their suppliers numbers. He was sending messages via the salesman from somewhere at the back of the store. The Laptop was purchased days ago!! Only after I began to kick up a fuss did they reluctantly give me a new charger. Unprofessional, *********** and awful service. These are the ‘middlemen’ that add absolutely no value to the product. Regret buying from them. Unnecessarily bad experience. The next laptop I am buying elsewhere.</p>

15 Aug 2018, 11:24All I got was a reply with a reference number stating that someone would call me. No one has called me as yet.
There are many places to shop for a laptop, the prices are often the same. Do not buy from these guys. Their after sales service and support is really bad!
