Automated machine even during business hours

I been trying to call Dionwired since morning and their call center just plays music the whole time, no one ever picks up. I get that at times lines could be occupied with other customers, and would mean that I wait, but it doesn’t make sense to wait the whole day. I had to recharge over and over again, because clearly there is no service at this call center. Instead my airtime keeps being depleted over having to listen to an automated machine the entire time. What a disappointing treatment, such lack of service at an era where us customers rely on such to have our queries attended to.
