Atrocious Customer Service

<p>I bought a washing machine on 24\11\2016 and arranged for delivery for the 28\11\2016 to date my machine has not been delivered and no one has contacted me. For a new store the service is atrocious, one would expect that they would go out of their way to provide a great customer service to retain their customers. This is really pathetic, I want my money back and thanks for wasting my time as I had to arrange leave to be home on that day to receive delivery. </p>
