Arrogance as well as taking money out my account

After putting a complaint on hello peter about 2 weeks ago, because doing wired has taken money out of my account twice without my consent. ( theft as far as I'm concerned). Nothing has happened. Money not in my account and I guarantee I won't get interest if they should decide to return the money. It seems I will have to lay a charge of theft to get results. Sad to have to go so far. I hope people read this and take note. I can't believe this is going on. I am now seriously upset and will be taking the necessary steps legally. Disgusting , and to think it doesn't end with the female manageress who shrugged and told me it's head offices problem. It clearly goes up to the top. Never will see me shop there again. NEVER!!!!!!
