ALL PERSONEL INFORMATION GIVEN OUT (POPI ACT)

My personal information was logged into their repair order of TV,s entry nr ... from their information of my 65 inch LCD TV worth R59000 and my home address were given out to unknown person to repair. A guy phoned me from SAMSUNG on my cell to made appointment to come and fetch TV for repair So it happened he had all our details on his paper. He came with repair order from SAMSUNG and left with my R59000 TV After 2 weeks i phoned nr on repair order and nobody knew of this DION WIRED and SAMSUNG started their own investigation after i said i went to the POLICE and opened a case. DION WIRED SA and SAMSUNG SA came back to me and say we not responsible for that ,they are clear and they gave it over to their own lawyers if I want to take it further. I went to my insurance SANTAM and try to claim ,the board decided not to pay because guy came into my house and took TV under false inpretence Ombudsman were not helpful and stand with SANTAM. DION WIRED just threw my for the wolves and left me their, after they leaked my information to the third party that came into my house He could have ***** or killed my wife???? Police still investigates. Seems to me i lost a R59000 TV
