Account settled but still being charged a monthly fee every month
I am being charged R35 every month since April for an account I settled. Why am I being charged this amount after I made contact with you in Apr, May and Jun about this. My account balance is zero every month after you deduct this R35 and then you invoice me this amount every month at month end. Please contact me.
