Absolutely disgraceful

Ordered my product 15 days ago with absolutely no confirmation of delivery time but the payment obviously goes through without a hitch. I have been calling the call centre number for days with no answer. I have emailed the web support with no response. I have called their Durban HO with no response.

Absolutely disgraceful...people rather stick to reputable online retailers and forget about these chancers.
