7 weeks later and still no joy

I placed my order 7th Jan for a Lenco Radio and I was advised that the order went missing. It took 2 and a half weeks for anyone to confirm that a new unit would be sent. <br> 2nd order was then placed 21st Jan . That unit arrived and didn't work. It was sent back on the 26th Jan. <br> To date I have had no feedback as whether it is being replaced or fixed. I have sent 12 emails and still no response. <br> This is absolutely disgusting behaviour. <br> I can honestly say that I will never deal with Dion Wired again. All i want is my money back as now this is *****. Dion Wired has been paid for something I dont have. <br>
