3 Weeks And No Response - Online Orders Suck

I purchased a printer online (Cyber Monday) deal and am still waiting on the Delivery.

I emailed Dionwired 4 times and tried calling several times (could not get through).

Absolutely pathetic! Two days ago I got an SMS saying the courier will contact me.

It is almost 3 weeks and no one has sent me any feedback.

Really disappointed in the service. I will not and do not recommend DionWired. Takealot's prices are not always great but their delivery and responses are much better.
