3 weeks and no delivery of my TV . Within the 3 weeks they have shifted the delivery date 3 times. Still nothing.

<p>Going back almost 3 weeks now, I bought a fridge from Dion Wired (Canal Walk) and it came with a TV. They stated that delivery of the TV and fridge will be separate due to stock. The fridge was estimated to arrive in 2 or 3 days and it arrived within 6 days, which I was fine with.</p> <p>However the TV was estimated to arrive within 5 to 6 days. Once this estimated time had passed, I called and spoke to Greg, who said it would be another 3 days or so and I asked him to confirm this over email and I had sent an email ot Riedewaan with no response, but he would respond on that thread. Nothing.</p> <p>I wrote on that thread again to confirm over email, no response. I went in to Dion Wired at Canal Walk at met with Riedewaan to which he said it may take another 3 to 4 days.</p> <p>I am now on the 5th day from when he said that and nothing. Overall this is now three weeks with several dates set and no escalation of sending my TV. I think it may be useless to call and ask them again as they may just set another date that will be missed. So hopefully this will escalate it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Tim</p>
