14 days abd still waiting for delivery

I ordered a product on line on 27th November from Dion Wired. I have a confirmation email that states they "Our delivery promise is 5 - 10 days."

It is now 12th December (2 weeks later) and we still have not received the product. Even if they try to claim it is 10 working days they have fallen down on their "promise".

Calling their service line has proven a waste of time. I tried to call again today. No one answers - all I got was endless music.

I regularly make on line purchases from a variety of suppliers, locally and overseas. and have never before encountered such ****py service. In the highly competitive on line world they are an abysmal failure.

Can Dion please deliver my damn order. At least answer the phone!!!
