*** Refusing to cancel the account.
Why does it take ********** over a month to close my card . please cancel my account with an immediate effect as your service is horrible, i don't need to be affilliated to you anymore. Good day
I am writing to you to instruct you cancel the Card number ********** ********** 37410 with an immediate effect. I am also aware that I have overpaid the account by an amount of R16.00 which I don’t need a refund of. Please confirm this card cancellation asap.
