The most pathetic service

I have requested a refund for my purchased tickets two months ago. At the time I got a response advising that refunds that 1-30 days. I have been sending emails and Facebook messages to follow-up on my refunds since it is more than 60 days and not one response back since. They have been posting and promoting the event everyday on Facebook but not once responded to my comments, emails or messages. Firstly the event was postponed because they did not have a permit. Secondly, they did not inform customers who purchased tickets of this matter. Hence my request for a refund
