Horrible event

The event is the most horrible experience I have ever had. So cheap and low quality. They asking additional tickets to purchase to use facilities and they only let the visitors know when they would enter. For example, we were waiting for 20 minutes at a dino roundabout and when my children would just hop on it we were told to go to another counter and purchase tickets there. I questioned the woman why there is no sign. She made a funny face and were pulling her shoulders showing she doesn't really interested in my problem. We asked for a manager, the answer was there is no manager. Very poor organizing and cheap-looking place. I wouldn't waste money on this.
