FALSE ADVERTISING AND A RIP-OFF

Where do i start. The fact that we paid R580 to get in.. just to find out that nothing is included in the price. We had to pay R30 per child to go on rides.. but the best part is that we had to pay R30 per child to play in the play area.. they are only allowed to play for 15 minutes… which my son only played for 5 minutes.. he came to us to take a sip of his cool drink and when he went back they told him that he can’t come in because we need to pay another R30. This is not right, my son didn’t even play for the entire 15 minutes. When i confronted the lady she said that it is hard monitoring the time so when they leave the area they can’t come back without the parent paying R30. My problem with this is the fact that you have to pay in the first place so that your child can play.. why did i pay R580 in the first place then. It is not what was advertised as well. There were areas closed down for no reason. I paid for something that they advertised and did not deliver. When you enter and walk through the dinosaurs (which is the only free thing to do) it takes about 5 minutes. This is a money making event.. my son enjoyed it.. but me as a parents does not feel like it was worth R1050 that we spent. Never again will i go to this event. False advertising and a rip-off.
