Dinosaur DOO DOO

I have been waiting since 1 July 2022 for my refund of R580. Emails are being ignored, posts on Facebook are blocked and removed. Every once in a while I get a generic response asking all the relevant information that I gave 3 months ago, or a reply saying that refunds are being done manually and that it takes time! 66 DAYS!!! How can you offer a service if you cannot cope with the ADMIN!! Social media is full of articles claiming this event is a ****. I will be a dinosaur by the time they decide to refund me
