SUDDEN CANCELATION OF 17H00 SLOT !!!!!

What a DISSIPOINTMENT, and leaving me with a sad heart broken Autistic boy and his sister age 7. We have booked and paid on Tuesday 19/12/2023 to visit the park, for a surprise for the kids, as they both are so into dinosaurs. We went there Friday afternoon as the slot was booked for 5 o'clock. Being there early we went for a cold drink in The Grove Mall. Standing outside the mall in the parking area showing the kids their surprise , round about 25 minutes before our slot, my phone rang, it was the lady from the park. She informed us that they had to cancel our slot due to sudden maintenance. My husband took the phone and being a stepfather of an Autistic son he totally lost it, apologies to the poor lady on the phone, but as soon as my son heard what was going on the started crying and got totally emotional, not understanding why he can't go and see the dinosaurs. What an embarras*****t as he was literally in heaven when he saw we were going to the dinosaurs. The lady wanted to move our booking but unfortunately our son is going back to his dad so I've requested my money back. TO the owners of this park PLEASE make sure that you're park is up and running as advertised and please don't inform your customers 25 minutes before the time you're going to close the park. PS hope you never have to be in our shoes to experience what we did on Friday the 22nd. This is really unacceptable as to date no one even responded to the complaint on Facebook... And still after you cancel the booking you STILL advertised the wonderful Dino expo at the carnival opposite the Grove 😡.... FYI I am still waiting for my refund
