Refund and feedback PLEASE

These people are **** artist. I have been trying for over a year to get refund for show that was cancelled and they never respond. I have been given a email adress of ***, but this about as useful as writing a letter to Santa Claus. I would. Original date for show was 23 September 2023, which was cancelled. As I have read and understood, this was due to organiser (Dino World SA) not getting necessary permits. I would appreciate my money back and as per the other comments here, be careful when using these people
