Dinoworld SA

The event was planned for 2023 in Cape Town. I bought tickets and the event was cancelled on the day that it was supposed to start. We were already in Cape Town when the cancellation was announced (traveled from Beaufort West 460km to get our kids to the event).

I will never be able to claim back the emotional suffering of myself and my kids, neither will anybody ever take responsibility for my petrol usage to Cape Town and back.

But can I have my money back please? I have sent numerous emails to get my money back and it is longer than a year now and still i did not receive my money. Where can I complain? What more must I still do to get my money back. I emailed proof of the tickets and everything but no money!!

Is this fair?
