I am sure this is a ****. I paid for 3 tickets last year and the event was postponed to October this year. Got an email saying it is postponed again until Nov this year and an option for a refund but when you ask for a refund there's just no reply.

We would like to thank you for your continued support and interest in the Jurassic Giant Festival Capetown 2024.

Jurassic Giant Festival Capetown which was scheduled to take place from the 17th of October to the 20th of October 2024 at Maynardville Park in Cape Town is now postponed and rescheduled to take place at the same venue from the 29th of November 2024 to the 1st of December 2024.

Whilst this decision is disappointing, we are committed to delivering the event to you and the best event experience possible, as we originally intended. Our decision to move the dates ahead is influenced by our busy event calendar schedule.

All ticket holders are advised that their tickets will remain valid for new event dates.

Your existing ticket and booking will remain valid, however, you need to contact us with your prefer date and time to allow us to reissue your new ticket on the new dates.
