DinnerBox roadhouse Springs doesn't take people seriously

So on the 1st of March 2020 they decide to sell us dry, rotten meat, burgers were in pieces (they assumed we were drunk and would not notice). so unfortunately we couldn't come back the same night cause it was already late to drive back from Brakpan.

We decided to go back today to lodge a Compliant hoping they will atleast take accountability and solve this issue. We asked for the manager cause we told that they cant help us cause the supervisor on that shift is not at work, funny enough they when we told them that we might has well escalate the matter "booooom" the guy standing next him was the manager.

He told us that the food was already half eaten and they cant refund or give us the same order, whereas it was hardly eaten, after a few bites we started to notice that it was rotten. They refused to show remorse whatsoever and what's shocking is that they offered us 2 cheese burgers.
