Customer service/care SUCKS!

They didn't deliver one days meals. I called the next day and spoke to a gent he said that he would follow-up with the driver. No one from Dinner Time has contacted me or even responded ti the email or WhatsApp messages that I sent that is from 30th April up until now. Their Customer service/care SUCKS!!!
