Pathetic and Unacceptable services

I place an order on the 05 April'16 with Dinner [URL Removed] for 4x Meals for today and 4x Meals for tomorrow, i made a payment and emailed the POP and order form at 8:43 - 05 April'16. I msg them and they confirm that I can place an order for today and will be able to assist.<br> I send them a msg on whatsapp 8:38, that is the only way that they communicate, requesting delivery time, I had no respond.<br> 15:00 - I send them a msg again requesting delivery time - still nothing<br> 15:32 - They responded - I'll get back to u now<br> 15:43 - I get a msg to say, that they can't find my order and that they had a problem with there server and think my order got lost.<br> 15:54 - I reply - Advising them that I will wait for them.<br> I got a msg back that says - I DON'T HAVE FOOD FOR YOU AND THE DRIVER HAS GONE THROUGH MY AREA ALREADY. I AM SORRY. I WILL SORT IT OUT TOMORROW.<br> <br> This could've being sorted out if they advised me this morning that there server where down. And rep**** on all my whatsapp msg's that i had send to them.<br> I will not recommend them to any one. They are online the whole time on whatsapp but can't reply. I was a first time, full time potential customer and this is how we get treated.
