Not giving my money back

<p>After ordering from them for a few months. We would sometimes not get our food delivered. No notification on why there was no food or anything. We just left it. As the months went on is started to occur more frequently. Then last month June 2016 it happend about once a week of not getting food delivered. You message them they read your messages and simply dont reply or you phone then the phone is off or they dont pick up. I got fed up and asked on the 5th of July 2016 to cancel my orders and refund my money. We pay for the whole month in advance. They need to need to refund me for almost a full month. I am struggling to get the money from them. They messaged me on Friday 15/07/2016 to say that the money will show in my account latest monday 18/07/2016. I still have not received the payment. I am getting so ****ed off. Money does not grow on my back.</p>
