I was not pleased at all with the services we received

I was not pleased at all with the services we received. We were there on the 20th with my colleagues for our very delayed year end function. When we got there we were told they knew nothing about us coming. The owner didn’t tell them we were coming and she was nowhere to be found. We had paid in advance for a package of food, drinks and to play some activities on site. They only cooked when we got there, no ****tails and wines as promised just juice and we had to pay additional money for activities because since the owner didn’t tell her employees about us, our package was null and void. Very disappointed with the organisation.
