Dine-In Fettuccine Alfredo
I Bought Dine-In's Fettuccine Alfredo at my local Checkers in Noordheuwel, Krugersdorp and was bitterly disappointed. To put it into context I buy regularly from De Lugo and Cleo's and know what to expect. Dine-Ins dish was uninspired and utterly tasteless. It promised bacon and mushrooms in a creamy sauce. I do not know how to describe the sauce, creamy it wasn't and not bechamel either. A watery attempt at creamy tossed over the pasta, with very thinly sliced mushrooms (I think) and one piece of thick bacon. When heated the bacon proved to be a few slices of frozen meat, also tasteless. Sorry Dine-In, this is not the way to go.
