Alcohol being sold to under age children

It is 23:53 my husband came & asked me to take a walk with him so I can see the mess that's happening at Dinangwe in Tsakane. The road on both sides was overly crowded with underage children drinking alcohol which they bought at Dinangwe. Cars struggled to pass and the street is full of broken beer bottles. There isn't a single adult there. These children are not only highly intoxicated but they are also having *** in public. It was a disgusting sight.
