Unprofessional Service

Worst service. I advice people not to book at this lodge. Else you'll regret. We booked for 2 nights in June as a group of 6 people for September long weekend. After we paid we were told that they double booked us with another group so they have to take the other group. Worst part is that we were only informed 2days before our arrival.

So unprofessional and bad service. I hate Dinaledi house for their unprofessional service.
