Rude hostess (Tiisetso)

I recently had a really unpleasant experience at Dinaledi guesthouse in Bela bela where the hostess (Tiisetso) was incredibly rude. After some confusion about my booking and bringing breakfast super late, instead of calmly explaining the situation she started swearing at me and my cousins and even told us that we are out of order. We couldn't believe how unprofessional and disrespectful she was. It was a very frustrating situation and would never ever go to the place again.
