They owner herself double booked us with another different racial group to mine(african), and within 2 days before our arrival after all payments have been done and arranged she calls and says Oops "we have been doubled booked" Instead of apologizing and rectifying her mistake, she never gave a chance to talk, she just shouted at me (client) and swore and put the phone down in my ear. I have never experienced such disrespect in my life. I am still shocked by this whole experience.
