BAD SERVICE

I made a booking via booking.com as my son is going for his rugby camp this weekend. I booked at Dinaledi house in Bela Bela and yesterday I got a call from the property informing me that they have a problem with their bookings and they have to move me to another property. I told the lady I have to check the place first, what if I don't like it and will give her a call in the morning to let her know what I have decided. To my surprise I received an SMS for a refund. As we speak I don't have accommodation for the weekend. This is an inconvenience on my side as properties are fully booked for this coming weekend. This is unacceptable as I don't even have a valid reason why my booking was cancelled. Its either they are doing this in order to accommodate their friends. I am not happy nor satisfied with their service.
