Took my deposit, never produced a couch and then ghosted me.

I ordered a couch 20 weeks ago and still nothing. The owner refuses to make the couch or refund me. He also stops taking your calls. E-mail addresses stopped working. Buyer be very beware. I am currently in a legal process to get my refund back. Will gladly provide proof of such to anyone.
