DIMENSIONS DESIGNS BASED IN CAPETOWN HAS FAILED TO DELIVER

Hi, please assist, my husband and I ordered chairs that cost R68 000 in total, and we made a payment of R38 000 as a deposit, we have been waiting for over a year for the delivery and still nothing has been delivered, we have been calling and pleading with the owner and nothing has been done we have contythem again this month both WhatsApp and calls on *** and still nothing, we have told him before that we are considering taking legal action by opening both civil and a ******** case against them and the company but still they fail to either deliver the chairs or pay back the R38 000, we have the invoice, proof of payment and the pictures of the owner and the chairs, kindly anyone please please assist
