If you think you have experienced poor customer service then wait until you deal with Lyle at Dimensions Furniture. He manages to take it to a new level. Very efficient and friendly early on until you have made full payment and then good luck getting hold of this absolute *****. We placed an order and made full payment in November. Calls and messages just go unanswered. When "delivery" of our couch finally took place it was to the wrong person and address. Thanks, you have enabled me to make a new friend as I have had to liaise with that customer of yours to actually get the couch I ordered. Why? because you don't answer his calls either. Lyle, you're a star! Your ability to deliver is only surpassed by your ability to ignore calls and messages. How you stay in business is absolutely beyond my comprehension. You are a complete ***** with zero ethics when it comes to customer service.
