Dimension Seven (Solar energy company in Germiston) - Terrible service!

If I could give zero stars I would! This has been the biggest headache ever, horrible quality of work and terrible customer service! Please do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY!!

I dealt with Dimension Seven, more especially the CEO Lerato for installation of a solar system for my parents who stay in an area which is affected by regular electricity cuts. Since June 2021 it has been a nightmare soon after a deposit was paid, Lerato was not contactable, he eventually did answer his phone and came to the house to install the unit but since installation there have been several faults with the unit. In November 2021 he took the unit in citing that it was damaged by lightning and since he took the unit, he is ignoring all our calls, emails and whatsapps! We are left with a solar system that is not working and yet payment was made in full and the unit has a 12 month warranty! The Company is non-responsive and the service from Dimension Seven is totally unprofessional and very disappointing.
