Ignite/Internet Solutions/Dimension Data In 2021 Ignite/Internet Solutions/Dimension Data announced that all Hosted Exchange mailboxes had to migrate to Microsoft's Exchange Online as the former was being decommissioned. The Microsoft Exchange Online were much cheaper.

A year later and I am still being billed at the old (higher) rate and all attempts to have this corrected have failed.

Avoid.
