Ignite - a division of Dimension Data - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ignite must be the WORST company to try and deal with - I even went as far as requesting assistance from Dimension Data (who Ignite is part of) and it's still a WEEK without my emails working, your customer service SUCKS and I wouldn't recommend you or your subsidiaries if they were the last companies one could deal with. The contact numbers never get answered and although I'm dealing with one of the DiData team members, he himself cannot get through to Ignite, I'm paying for a service and getting NOTHING IN RETURN.
